∞ Meeting type
Meeting types are different types of meetings, with their own settings in regards to (among others) duration, timeslots, assigned users.
∞ User
The user is the employee, who conducts the meeting and is using 24sessions.
∞ User ID
The user ID is a unique numeric ID which is tied to the user. These IDs won’t be re-used if a user is deleted.
∞ Guest
The guest is the invitee to the meeting, usually the client, receiving services from the user.
∞ Meeting ID
The meeting ID is a unique numceric ID that is given to the meeting.
∞ Live-now meeting
A live-now meeting is an on-demand meeting, a guest can directly request a call after filling in a name and email address in the Live Now form when there is an agent available.
∞ Scheduled meeting
Scheduled meetings are booked in advance, usually through a booking form, or through the user scheduling the meeting.
∞ Booking form
A booking form is where scheduled meetings can be scheduled by guests, the booking form shows available time slots and asks for all the information necessary from the guest.
∞ Instance
The instance is the 24sessions environment of the company (or department) using 24sessions.
